The resurrected NWJHL All Star game went down without a hitch Friday evening with Team South defeating Team North 7-6.
Team North was comprised of 18 players from FSJ, Peace River and Fairview while Team South had 18 players from Dawson Creek, Sexsmith and Grande Prairie.
The 2nd annual NWJHL Showcase also took place this past weekend with 3 games Saturday and 3 games Sunday all being played out of the County Sportsplex in Clairmont.
A big thanks goes out to our main sponsors, Pomeroy Lodging, County of Grande Prairie & Ernie's Source For Sports.
Other thanks go out to special volunteers such as Mike Bacso and Lisa MacTavish for live streaming all the games as well as the timekeeper, admission and security crews.
Thank You!
